IM.O.FOR Toscana is a cooperative society established in the year 2000 and offers primarily training and guidance services to Public Administrations, companies and citizens.
The company avails itself of the professionalism of occupational psychologists, experts in guidance and balance of skills, consultants for research and selection of personnel, experts in career counseling and career devolopment, experts in training processes and experts in the assessment of learning and certification of skills , in order to respond appropriately to the needs of new professional skills of businesses and schools and to contribute concretely to the management of active labor policies implemented within the Employment Centers.
IM.O.FOR. Toscana is made up of about 100 workers mainly engaged in the Employment Centers of the Provinces of Pisa and Livorno.

IM.O.FOR. Toscana è in possesso del Decreto Regionale di Accreditamento n. 2756 del 12/07/2013 relativo allo svolgimento dei Servizi al Lavoro per le Province di PISA, LIVORNO e LUCCA (ex art. 135 ss DPGRT 47/R/2005).
Il decreto di accreditamento è esteso, oltre all’orientamento, anche ai seguenti servizi: incontro tra domanda e offerta di lavoro, supporto, accoglienza ed orientamento informativo ai cittadini sullo strumento dei tirocini formativi, ai disabili sul collocamento mirato, ai giovani in fascia di età 16/18 anni per l’espletamento dell’obbligo formativo, al servizio di promozione e marketing dei Centri per l’Impiego, supporto ai servizi informativi dei Centri Impiego.
IM.O.FOR. Toscana è in possesso del Decreto Regionale di Autorizzazione all’esercizio dell’attività di APL a tempo indeterminato n. 3 del 07/01/2013

IM.O.FOR. Toscana è Agenzia Formativa accreditata dalla Regione Toscana con Decreto n. 2935 del 04/07/2012 (mantenimento dell’accreditamento regionale ai sensi del DGR 968/07- Revisione del Sistema Regionale di Accreditamento – nuovo codice PI 0153).
IM.O.FOR Toscana è certificata Qualità UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 per la Progettazione ed Erogazione dei Servizi di Orientamento e di corsi di Formazione Professionale, incluso l’Orientamento nei Servizi Pubblici all’Impiego e per l’Erogazione di Servizi di consulenza per la Selezione del personale.
IM.O.FOR. Toscana si è dotata, inoltre, nell’anno 2009, di un proprio Modello Organizzativo e relativo Codice Etico ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo 231/01
