[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row top_padding=”0″ bottom_padding=”0″ bg_position=”left top”][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]IM.O.FOR Toscana is a cooperative society established in the year 2000 and offers primarily training and guidance services to Public Administrations, companies and citizens.
\nThe company avails itself of the professionalism of occupational psychologists, experts in guidance and balance of skills, consultants for research and selection of personnel, experts in career counseling and career devolopment, experts in training processes and experts in the assessment of learning and certification of skills , in order to respond appropriately to the needs of new professional skills of businesses and schools and to contribute concretely to the management of active labor policies implemented within the Employment Centers.<\/p>\n

IM.O.FOR. Toscana is made up of about 100 workers mainly engaged in the Employment Centers of the Provinces of Pisa and Livorno.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

\nSince its foundation in 2000, the Company has chosen, both in its strategic planning and in its daily practice, to combine efficiency and competitiveness with the values of the reconciliation of work and life time. Solidarity, defense of new and acquired social rights, defense of the principle of equal opportunities, the practice of tolerance and respect for cultural diversity, the right to social inclusion are the principles underlying all the interventions made by the operators of IM.O.FOR. IM.O.FOR. Toscana \u00e8<\/b> in possesso del <\/b><\/span>Decreto Regionale di Accreditamento<\/b><\/span> <\/b>n. 2756 del 12\/07\/2013 relativo allo svolgimento\u00a0 <\/span>dei Servizi al Lavoro per le Province di <\/span>PISA, LIVORNO e LUCCA\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>(ex art. 135 ss DPGRT 47\/R\/2005). <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Il decreto di accreditamento \u00e8 esteso, oltre all’orientamento, anche ai seguenti servizi: incontro tra domanda e offerta di lavoro, supporto, accoglienza ed orientamento informativo ai cittadini sullo strumento dei tirocini formativi, ai disabili sul collocamento mirato, ai giovani in fascia di et\u00e0 16\/18 anni per l’espletamento dell’obbligo formativo, al servizio di promozione e marketing dei Centri per l’Impiego, supporto ai servizi informativi dei Centri Impiego.<\/span><\/p>\n

IM.O.FOR. Toscana \u00e8<\/b> in possesso del <\/b><\/span>Decreto Regionale di Autorizzazione all\u2019esercizio dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 di APL a tempo indeterminato<\/b><\/span> n. 3 del 07\/01\/2013<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]
